Alan Wood FRICS, Director
Originally from Shrewsbury, Alan studied at Bristol Polytechnic, decided to stay in Bristol and became professionally qualified in 1977. He began his career in the licensed, leisure and business sector in 1979. Established Moore, Wood & Cockram with Steve Moore and David Cockram (now retired) in March 1996.

50th birthday was held in Biarritz in October 2003 and sporting activities still include swimming, skiing, surfing, cycling and golf (current handicap 12 - June 2009).

David Foley BSc Hons MRICS. Director
David qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1987 and has run his own business specialising in property investment, development and management since 1993.

David was originally a consultant to Moore, Wood & Cockram from 2002 and was elected a Director in May 2008. He provides invaluable knowledge and experience relating to the commercial, investment and residential property sector

Mike Mather BSc FRICS, Director
Mike joined Moore Wood and Cockram in April 2009 to assist in the valuations of commercial and development properties. He remains a director of Andrew Forbes Ltd. He has been practicing since 1986 and has an invaluable in depth knowledge of the local market.
